John Hartley

John Hartley's role is to expand our current MSA customer base by working with corporate contacts new and old in the Oil and Gas sectors.
He has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with package gases, bulk & merchant gas sales, and 17 years in the N2 Service Industry.
In his role he works closely with each customer. From the planner in the field to Corporate Procurement, from Downstream Petrochemical to Midstream pipeline projects large and small, he is able to provide technical support and detailed job plan execution. “Please call me with all your N2 service needs.”

Mike Reeves
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Reeves has over 15 years of experience in nitrogen operations. He began his career immediately following high school as a trainee in the field. His experience includes equipment operation and troubleshooting, project planning, off-site and on-site project management, bid walks, sales, logistics, and operations management
As our Sr. Director of Operations, he manages all operations company-wide and procures key personnel with the experience and drive to support all of the fast-moving operational components. He doesn’t limit himself to operations, though. With 15 years in the industry, he knows what our customers need and is happy to help with any sales related inquiries.

Mike Phillips
With 26 years of experience in the nitrogen services industry, Mike Phillips has atttained the knowledge to select the proper equipment and procedure for your unique application. He currently works with customers on the Gulf Coast to reduce costs by finding efficient methods for cooling, heating, purging and inerting, He can also provide information on our full line of pipeline services including Pigging, Cleaning, Drying, and Smart Tool applications, and has been instrumental in the utilization of N2 generation in the chemical and refinery industries, reducing transport demurrage, excessive mileage charges, and delays due to problem roadways . Joshua McClanahan
Midland Operations
Josh McClanahan joined Nitrogen Services in 2017 bringing 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Born and raised in the Permian Basin, Josh has an extensive background in the oil and gas industry ranging from Equipment Operation and Logistics to Safety and Management.
He attended RMEC at Red Rocks, becoming an authorized OSHA instructor. He also attended Gravitec Systems and completed their Wind Turbine Fall Protection and Rescue and Train the Trainer course. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, off-roading, and restoring classic cars.
